MapCoding provides digital navigation updates, activation codes, coding services, and related software solutions for supported vehicle brands. Product availability, compatibility, and delivery times vary by vehicle, head unit, and service type as described on each product page.

• You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including your email address and any required vehicle information such as VIN.
• Most products are delivered digitally by email. VIN-based or custom services may take longer; estimated timelines are shown at checkout where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or incompatible with the listed product.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed at the time of order through Stripe. We may update prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Because our products are digital and often tailored to a specific vehicle, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you ordered the wrong product or we cannot deliver for your vehicle, contact support@mapcoding.io within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you on a fair solution.

You are responsible for confirming that your vehicle and head unit are compatible with the product you order. Product descriptions, FAQs, and support guidance are provided to help you choose correctly, but incorrect compatibility selections may not qualify for a refund once digital delivery has started.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable vehicle and software regulations in your country. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased files, codes, or guides except where a reseller agreement with MapCoding explicitly allows it.

All website content, branding, guides, and materials provided by MapCoding remain our property or that of our licensors. Purchased digital products are licensed for use on the specified vehicle only and do not transfer ownership of underlying map data or software.

Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. MapCoding is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including incorrect installation, third-party tools, or changes made to your vehicle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
